Terms and Conditions
Ordering
All flowers are sold in mixed buckets.
The buckets will contain bunches of ten stems per variety unless otherwise stated.
Flowers are picked to order so a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required before collection/delivery. This is so we can cut and condition your flowers in time for collection.
Once your order has been placed it can not be cancelled.
All orders are subject to availability.
It is essential that you email us a minimum of a month in advance about pre-booking wedding or event orders to ensure supply.
We grow with the seasons so availability will vary and be dependent on the weather.
Payment
Payment is due on receipt of invoice. If payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice being sent, your subsequent orders will not be accepted until your outstanding payment is received.

Collection
Please bring your own bucket to transfer flowers into.
We can fill buckets with water onsite for you.
Flowers are all cut and conditioned ready for your collection day and time.
Please arrive at the prearranged time and in case of any delays
please notify me by phone as soon as possible.
Delivery
If we are delivering your order you will need to provide a full address, including postcode and directions to the delivery location.
Your own buckets will need to be available to transfer flowers into on delivery. If no buckets are left, I will leave the flowers in my own buckets and an extra £3 per bucket will be added to your invoice.
All deliveries will be subject to a delivery fee dependant on location.
Mother Nature
We don’t use any chemicals and the majority of our flowers are grown outside. There is a risk, that our flowers might get damaged by circumstances beyond our control.
If we are unable to supply all your flowers from our farm we will contact you immediately to discuss options and agree a way forward.
