Christmas Wreath and Candle Making Workshop

Join us at the Blue Hill Flora farm for a fun filled few hours making Christmas Wreaths and a beautiful refillable candle with your own bespoke fragrance.

In our classroom first Ellen will we will guide you through creating your candle and while the wax sets I will then teach you how to make your own unique beautiful wreath!

You  will start with a willow ring as your base, made by hand from 6 willow  varieties grown on the farm. This is layered with locally grown moss to  ensure your foliage will last throughout the Christmas Season.

Foliage  is then added on top in bunches. You can mix and match as you wish from  our variety of foliage: pine sprigs, conifer, yew leaves, holly leaves,  ivy etc. Pinecones, dried flowers and holly berries are the final  touches and added last. If you wish to add coloured baubles or fairy  light please bring them with you and I can show you how to incorporate  them.

You can do a full or half wreath as you wish.

There will be festive tunes, non alcoholic mulled wine and mince pies as well. 

You  will each get a Wreath Care Card to take home, to help you get the most  out of your wreath. Apart from the ribbon every wreath is 100%  compostable.
